摘　　要：目的:通过整理归纳电针治疗中风后肢体运动功能障碍的文献,探讨其诊治特点及目前电针治疗该病所存在的问题。方法:电子检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普医学资源数据库(VIP)、万方医学数据库及Pub Med中电针治疗中风后肢体运动功能障碍的文献,总结电针治疗该病的辨证特点、选穴、配穴、治疗频次、疗程、疗程间隔时间、电针参数、疗效、随访、试验质量评价。结果:共纳入140篇文献,多为随机对照试验,电针治疗中风后肢体运动功能障碍取穴多以手足三阳经为主,电针波型多以疏密波为主,强度大多以患者耐受为度;临床疗效评价多以主观性的评分量表为主,部分以症状改善的程度大小(即有效率)来评价;极少研究有后期的随访。结论:电针治疗中风后肢体运动功能障碍的疗效确切,但对于电针参数、疗程各家争鸣,尚需高质量的临床研究对电针治疗该病的最佳参数及疗程进行探索。Objective: To summarize the literature of electroacupuncture in the treatment of limb motor dysfunction after stroke, to explore its diagnosis and treatment characteristics and the existing problems of electroacupuncture in the treatment of the disease. Methods: Electronic retrieval of CNKI, VIP, Wanfang medical database and Pub Med were used to summarize the syndrome differentiation characteristics, acupoint selection,acupoint matching, treatment frequency, treatment course, interval time of treatment course, parameters of electroacupuncture, curative effect, follow-up and evaluation of test quality. Results: A total of 140 articles were included, most of them were randomized controlled trials. After stroke, most of the acupoints were selected by the three Yang meridians of hands and feet, most of the wave patterns of electroacupuncture were dense waves, and most of the intensity was patient tolerance;the clinical efficacy evaluation was mainly based on subjective scoring scale, and some of them were evaluated by the degree of symptom improvement, that is, the effective rate;few of them had a follow-up. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on limb motor dysfunction after apoplexy is definite, but for the argument of electroacupuncture parameters and course of treatment, highquality clinical research is needed to explore the best parameters and course of treatment of electroacupuncture.
