摘　　要：阐述了一种基于485总线的便携式单片机程序下载器,以EM9170嵌入式开发板为核心,辅以U盘、锂电池、电源模块等外围电路。该装置利用随钻测井系统原有的485接口,通过485总线将存储在U盘中的程序写入单片机。同时,详细介绍了该装置的设计方案、硬件电路、ADuC845型单片机的总线指令系统以及程序下载流程。现场应用表明,该装置结构简单、操作方便以及待机时间长,具有良好的使用价值。The paper describes a portable MCU program downloader based on 485 bus.The device uses the EM9170 embedded board as the core,supplemented with peripheral circuits such as U disk,lithium battery and power module.The device writes the program stored in U disk into the MCU through 485 bus of the rotary steering system.The design scheme,hardware circuit,bus instruction system of ADuC845 and program downloading process are described in detail.The field application shows that the device has the advantage of simple structure,convenient operation and long-time stand-by mode,and has good practical value.
