摘  要:石狮热电厂是运行了20年的老电厂,目前仍有十几个非智能型的阀门电动执行机构在使用。其中,控制回路中使用的伺服放大器故障率高,价格昂贵,控制精度不高且大部分生产厂家已停产,所以有必要对其进行智能型改造,以增强执行机构的安全可靠运行。根据智能型阀门的控制流程和控制要求,设计了一套基于浙江中控DCS为控制中心,采用位置调节输出卡(FW342)和固态继电器代替原有伺服放大器的功能,利用DCS算法实现远程调节控制。改造后经过近一年的在线运行表明,阀门电动执行机构无故障,运行稳定,调节灵敏,可在非智能型电动执行机构改造中推广应用。Shishi thermal power plant is an old power plant which has been running for 20 years.At present,there are still more than ten non intelligent valve electric actuators in use.Among them,the servo amplifier used in the control circuit has high failure rate,high price,low control accuracy and most manufacturers have stopped production.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out intelligent transformation to enhance the safe and reliable operation of the actuator.According to the control process and control requirements of intelligent valve,a set of DCS Based on Zhejiang central control is designed as the control center.The function of original servo amplifier is replaced by position adjustment output card(FW342)and solid state relay,and remote control is realized by DCS algorithm.After nearly one year of online operation,the valve electric actuator has no fault,stable operation and sensitive adjustment,which can be widely used in the transformation of non intelligent electric actuator.
