摘  要:病理性心脏重构主要表现为心肌病理性肥厚、心脏纤维化和心室扩张,最终可导致心脏收缩和舒张功能障碍。病理性心脏重构与心血管病预后不良密切相关,已成为目前亟待解决的临床问题。乙醛脱氢酶2(aldehyde dehydrogenase 2,ALDH2)是醛脱氢酶家族成员,位于线粒体内,是乙醇代谢的关键酶,可清除细胞代谢产生的醛类等有害物质。研究表明ALDH2在心肌肥厚、心脏纤维化和心室扩张等心脏重构的病理过程中发挥重要作用,本文对近年来ALDH2在病理性心脏重构中的研究进展进行综述。The main manifestations of pathological cardiac remodeling are myocardial pathological hypertrophy,cardiac fibrosis and ventricular dilation,which can eventually lead to cardiac systolic and diastolic dysfunction.Pathological cardiac remodeling is closely related to the poor prognosis of cardiovascular disease,which has become an urgent clinical problem.Aldehyde dehydrogenase 2(ALDH2)is a member of aldehyde dehydrogenase family,which is located in mitochondria.ALDH2 is a key enzyme in ethanol metabolism.It can remove aldehydes and other harmful substances produced by cell metabolism.The research shows that ALDH2 plays an important role in the pathological process of cardiac remodeling,such as cardiac hypertrophy,cardiac fibrosis and ventricular dilation.This paper reviews the research progress of ALDH2 in pathological cardiac remodeling in recent years.
