摘　　要：科研工作是高校图书馆作为学术性机构的一项重要工作,但一直以来存在着馆员科研意识淡薄、缺乏持续性、科研质量不高等问题,影响了馆员的职业发展,也制约着高校图书馆事业的发展。通过解析高校图书馆科研工作的重要性及面临的突出问题,提出了创新性管理模式及构建科研工作管理体系的方式,并阐明了其运行机制,以加强对高校图书馆科研工作的管理。Scientific research is an important work of university library as an academic institution.There are some prob⁃lems for a long time such as weak consciousness of scientific research,lack of continuity and low quality of scientific re⁃search,which affect the professional development of librarians and the restrict development of university library.This paper analyzes the importance of scientific research work in university library and the prominent problems it faces,puts forward the innovative management mode and the way to construct the scientific research management system,and expounds its op⁃eration mechanism,so as to strengthen the management of scientific research work in university library.
