摘　　要：本文以硫磺回收装置为例,全面论述该装置长时间停工的腐蚀原因,分析装置停工期间的腐蚀介质和腐蚀机理,选择最优的停工管理和停工保护技术方法,从设备保护和工艺保护两方面提出合理可行的防腐蚀保护方案。Taking sulfur recovery unit as an example,this paper comprehensively discusses the corrosion causes of long-term shutdown of the unit,analyzes the corrosion medium and corrosion mechanism during unit shutdown,and selects the optimal shutdown management And shutdown protection technology,from the equipment protection and process protection two aspects of reasonable and feasible anti-corrosion protection scheme.
