深井尾管固井技术在南堡3号构造的应用

摘  要:冀东油田南堡3号构造深层潜山井多采用五开井身结构,四开215.9mm井眼采用177.8mm尾管悬挂固井,水泥封固段长度1200~2000m,井底循环温度150~180℃,具有地层油气活跃、环空间隙小且井斜大、井底高温高压、顶部和底部大温差等特点,极易造成套管不居中、顶替效率低、井眼漏失、环空气窜、顶部水泥超缓凝等情况,通过分析深井高温长封固段固井难点,优选了抗高温大温差水泥浆体系和相配伍的前置液,辅以配套的尾管固井技术措施,保证了安全施工和固井质量,为冀东油田南堡3号构造深井尾管固井提供了技术支撑。Deep buried hill wells in Nanpu No.3 structure in Jidong Oilfield mostly adopt five opening wellbore structure.177.8mm liner suspension cementing is used in 215.9mm fourth spud hole.The length of cement sealing section is 1200-2000m,and the bottom circulation temperature is 150-180℃.There are some characteristics such as active oil and gas in formation,small annular space gap and large well deviation,high temperature and high pressure at the bottom of well,and large temperature difference between top and bottom,which easily leads to casing misalignment and displacement effect Through the analysis of cementing difficulties in high temperature and long cementing section of deep well,high temperature resistant and large temperature difference cement slurry system and compatible pre fluid are optimized,and matching liner cementing technical measures are supplemented to ensure safe construction and cementing quality,which provides technical support for deep well liner cementing of Nanpu No.3 structure in Jidong Oilfield.
