摘 要:海上油田放空火炬常有黑烟现象,造成安全环保管理隐患。本文通过分析某FPSO火炬冒黑烟的时流程参数的变化,确认冒黑烟是由于气体中C3以上组分含量过高导致,通过降低流程温度、增加滤器捕液、降低压力和增加伴生气回收等措施,降低了放空至火炬气体中C3以上组分含量,不仅使火炬冒黑烟的情况得到了治理,而且还回收了重烃,增加了油田产量,提高了油田的开发效益。Black smoke often occurs in the flare of offshore oil field,which causes hidden danger of safety and environmental protection management.By analyzing the change of process parameters when a FPSO flare emits black smoke,it is confirmed that the black smoke is caused by the high content of components above C3 in the gas.By reducing the process temperature,increasing the filter to catch liquid,reducing the pressure and increasing the associated gas recovery,the content of above C3 components in the gas vented to the torch is reduced,which not only makes the situation of black smoke from the flare under control,but also reduces the emission of black smoke In addition,heavy hydrocarbon is recovered,the production of oilfield is increased and the development benefit of oilfield is improved.
