缩小减三线馏程宽度的探讨

摘　　要：兰州石化公司5.0Mt/a常减压装置减三线出润滑油精制原料时馏程宽度约150℃,不利于下游装置加工。通过对减三线馏程数据研究,以优化操作的手段,在保证产品质量合格的同时提高了2%点馏程温度,降低了97%点馏程温度,最终将减三线馏程宽度控制至97℃,为润滑油精制装置提供了优质的原料,对下游装置产生了良好的经济效益。The distillation range width of 5.0MT/A normal pressure reducing three-line of lubricating oil refining raw materials in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company is about 150℃,which is not conducive to the downstream unit processing.Through the research on three lines distillation range data reduction,to optimize the operation of the means,to guarantee the quality of qualified products at the same time increased by 2%point,distillation range temperature was reduced by 97%point,distillation range temperature distillation range will eventually minus three line width control to 97℃,for lube oil refining device provides the high quality raw material,has good economic benefit on the downstream of the device.
