摘 要:在目前煤层气排采中广泛使用抽油机-深井泵排水采气工艺。但在延川南深层煤层气田,随着排采进入后期阶段,煤层气井产液量低、煤粉影响等问题渐渐暴露,导致开发成本上升。本文从理论上论证了煤层气井排采中应用优选管柱及泡排工艺技术的可能性。选取了符合条件的煤层气井开展泡排实验,证实在满足一定条件的情况下,煤层气井可以采用优选管柱及泡排工艺,解决煤层气井生产后期产液量低、煤粉影响严重等问题,有效降低煤层气井的生产成本,从而提高煤层气田的整体经济效益。Pumping unit deep well pump drainage gas production technology is widely used in CBM drainage and production.However,in the deep coalbed gas field of South Yanchuan,with the development of the late stage,the problems such as low liquid production and coal powder influence are gradually exposed,resulting in the increase of development cost.This paper theoretically demonstrates the possibility of using optimized string and foam drainage technology in the production of CBM wells.The CBM well with suitable conditions has been selected to carry out foam drainage experiment.It is proved that under the condition of meeting certain conditions,the CBM well can be selected by adopting the optimized pipe string and the foam drainage and gas production process,so as to solve the problems of low liquid production and serious influence of coal powder at the later stage of the production of the CBM well,and effectively reduce the production cost of the CBM well,thereby improving the overall economic benefit of the coalbed methane field.
