摘  要:高温炉管用10CrMo910钢管材加工工艺复杂、制作周期长,且多数工况下炉管已发生了蠕变损伤,其损伤情况难以确定,故炉管难以做到及时检查、随时更换。因此,评估蠕变损伤后炉管的剩余寿命是提高装置安全性的重要保证。以某石化企业四级球化10CrMo910钢炉管为研究对象,应用有限元数值模拟方法,分析服役条件下炉管的应力分布,确定炉管蠕变剩余寿命评价试验应力水平;而后对四级球化后的炉管进行蠕变试验,得到蠕变方程,并基于蠕变断裂应变法推得600℃服役条件下四级球化炉管的剩余寿命约为5812.5 h。The processing technology of the 10CrMo910 steel pipe for furnace tube at high temperature is complicated,and its fabrication cycle is long.In most working conditions,the creep damage has taken place in the furnace tube.The degree of damage is difficult to be determined,so it is difficult to check and replace it timely.Therefore,evaluating the residual life of the furnace tube after creep damage is an important guarantee for improving the safety of the device.The fourth grade spheroidization of 10CrMo910 steel furnace tube of a petrochemical enterprise was used as the research object.The finite element numerical simulation method was used to analyze the stress distribution of the furnace tube in service and determine the experimental stress level in the residual creep life evaluation of the furnace tube.After then,the creep equation was obtained by creep experiments after the fourth grade spheroidization.Based on the creep rupture strain method,the residual life of the furnace tube with fourth grade spheroidization under the service condition of 600℃was about 5812.5 hours.
