摘　　要：金属软管是承压设备装置系统中的重要组成部分。采用故障树分析了金属软管的失效因素,比较了国内外金属软管主要标准规范的差异,并指出国内金属软管监管上的缺失。为了保障承压装置系统的安全可靠,提出对金属软管等压力管道组成件实施分级管理制度,并阐述了目前国内金属软管标准亟待完善的方向。The metal hose is an important part of the pressure equipment system.This paper firstly analyzed the failure factors of metal hoses by fault tree analysis,and then compared the differences of main standards and specifications at home and abroad for metal hoses to reflect the lack of domestic supervision on metal hoses.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the pressure equipment system,this paper put forward a hierarchical management system for metal hoses and other pressure pipe components,and expounded the direction of the current domestic metal hose standards that urgently need to be improved.
