摘　　要：文中介绍了加氢裂化反应器中Shell过滤器和高效分配盘使用情况。在加氢裂化反应器入口顶部安装过滤器,通过捕集污染物和沉积物,有效增强过滤能力,对精制反应器上床层压差的上升起到缓解作用,保证装置长周期运行。通过高效分配盘改善气液和温度分布,使反应器内介质以等流率均匀向下移动,防止沟流、催化剂结焦现象出现,保证精制反应器R-1101A入口床层的径向温差在整个运行周期内始终在3~5℃,消除了局部过热现象,保证装置的长期平稳运行,提高了催化剂的利用率。应用Shell内构件可降低反应器压差,提高催化剂再生利用率,减少损耗,创经济效益260余万元,达到降本增效的目的。The use of the Shell filter and high-efficiency distribution plate in the hydrocracking reactor is introduced.A filter is installed at the top of the inlet of the hydrocracking reactor to effectively enhance the filtering capacity by trapping contaminants and sediments.The rise of the pressure difference plays a role in alleviating and ensuring long-term operation of the device.The gas-liquid and temperature distribution is improved by the high-efficiency distribution plate,so that the medium in the reactor moves down uniformly at an equal flow rate,prevents channeling and catalyst coking,and ensures the radial temperature difference of the R1101A inlet bed of the refined reactor during the entire operation cycle The interior is always within 3~5°C,which eliminates local overheating,ensures long-term stable operation of the device,and improves the utilization rate of the catalyst.The application of Shell internals can reduce the pressure difference of the reactor,improve the catalyst regeneration utilization rate and reduce the loss,a total of more than 2.6 million yuan was saved,which reduced costs and increased efficiency.
