摘　　要：针对目前现场在用的气液分离式套管气回收装置冬季气量大时低温冻堵现象仍存在,且不能完全回收伴生气的问题,研制了新的插装式防冻堵定压放气阀。通过改变定压阀阀杆与阀座的相对位置及弹簧的可压缩距离,使得定压放气阀大排量排气的同时排出凝结水;并且将定压阀的最大程度暴露在原油中,削减因天然气膨胀而导致的降温效应,防止排气元件在冬季结冰冻堵。现场应用9130套,成功回收了油田井口套管气,且对低渗透油藏油井产量及油压不会造成影响。In order to solve the problem of low temperature freezing and thawing in the winter when the winter gas volume is large,and the problem of gas cannot be recovered completely,a new plug-in antifreeze choke pressure valve is developed.By changing the relative position of the valve stem and the valve seat and the compressible distance of the spring,so that the constant pressure valve discharge and discharge of condensed water at the same time;and the maximum degree of pressure valve exposure to crude oil,natural gas expansion caused by the cooling effect,to prevent the exhaust element in the winter frozen.9130 sets of field applications,the successful recovery of oil gas wellhead casing,and the impact on low permeability reservoir oil production and oil pressure.
