摘 要:为解决环状掺水流程在输送原油回液过程中耗能高的问题,通过液体力学测试确定当混合液含水高于85%时,可以不考虑温度影响,而当温度高于40℃时,混合液含水对黏度影响不大。在环状掺水流程现场实施中,先计算出系统混合液含水达到85%时需要的掺水量,选取计算的掺水量进行调整。该方法在冀中南部油田S采油站实施运行,既满足了环状掺水流程的平稳运行,又起到了节能降耗的效果,并为现场掺水方案整体能耗分析提供了依据,具有很好的推广应用前景。In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in the loop water doping process in the crude oil return process,the liquid mechanics test determined that the influence of temperature can be ignored when the water content of the mixture is higher than 85%,while when the temperature is higher than 40℃,the water content of the mixture has little influence on the viscosity.In the field implementation of the circular water blending process,the water content required for the system mixed liquid reaches 85%is first calculated,and the calculated water content is selected for adjustment.This method is implemented in S oil production station in central and southern Hebei Oilfield,which not only meets the stable operation of the annular water blending process,but also plays the effect of energy conservation and consumption reduction,and provides the basis for the overall energy consumption analysis of the on-site water blending scheme,and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
