摘 要:大港南部油田套管气回收采用的油套联通装置单流功能冬季易冻堵,油井上修时拆井口设备存在套管余气无法回收等问题,存在气量浪费和环境污染风险,为了提高套管气回收量和消除环境污染风险,研究出一种套管气回收创新方法,解决套管气排放问题,现场试验取得良好效果,累计节能创效27.29万元,创造了显著的效益,也为进一步推广应用奠定了坚实的基础。The single flow function of casing gas recovery device in Dagang South oilfield is easy to be frozen and blocked in winter,and the residual gas from wellhead equipment cannot recoverduring well repair.There are gas waste and equipment pollution risks.In order to improve the recovery of casing gas and eliminate the risk of environmental pollution,an innovative method of casing gas recovery is developed to solve the problem of casing gas discharge.The field test has achieved good results,the cumulative energy saving efficiency of 272900 yuan,creating significant benefits,but also for further promotion and application laid a solid foundation.
