摘 要:某典型抽水蓄能电站的实例说明,有综合利用要求的抽水蓄能电站下水库防洪设计需在计算上、下水库设计洪水的基础上,考虑上水库发电下泄产生的洪水,既要保证下水库本身的防洪安全,又要兼顾下水库兴利利用,保证大坝下游防护对象在发生防洪标准洪水时的安全,且要尽可能不增大已建下水库库区淹没范围。在以上运行要求前提下开展洪水调节计算,根据计算结果制定合理的下水库调度运行方式并确定挡水建筑物高程。Taking a typical pumped-storage power station as an example,the flood control design method for the lower reservoir of the pumped-storage power station with comprehensive utilization requirement is discussed.The flood control design of the lower reservoir must consider the flood caused by power generation on the basis of the calculation of the design flood of upper reservoir and lower reservoir,ensure the flood control safety of the lower reservoir itself,take into account the beneficial utilization of the lower reservoir,ensure the safety of downstream protection objects of the dam in the event of flooding that meet flood control standard,and try not to increase the inundation range of lower reservoir area.The flood regulation calculation of the pumped-storage power station is carried out under the premise of above operation requirements,and a reasonable operation mode of the lower reservoir and the elevation of water retaining structure are determined according to the calculation results.
