民办高等教育现状与社会化发展

摘　　要：目前,我国民办高等教育已进入规范期发展新阶段。作为具体承载者,民办高校虽然发展势头迅猛,但鉴于我国当前改革开放程度日益加深、市场决定性作用日益加强、民办高校仍然存在政商属性无法平衡这一现实困扰,使其在与公办高校、外资高校竞争中存在劣势。文章认为,解决这一困难的途径是重塑民办高校的社会化属性,具体包括夯实"理事会制"平衡属性关系、延伸"合作渠道"拓展社会结构、借力"区域党建"扩大师资范围、扎实"社区教育"夯实根本属性等方面,从而探索其社会化发展路径。At present,private higher education in China has entered a new stage of development in the normative period.As a concrete bearer,private colleges and universitiesdevelop rapidly.But in view of the deepening degree of reform and opening up in our country and increasingly decisive role of the marketday by day,they still have the realistic disturbance that the political and commercial attributes can not be balanced,which makes them have disadvantages in the competition with public universities and foreign-funded colleges and universities.This study holds that the way to solve this difficulty is to reshape their socialization attribute,including tamping the balance attribute relationship of"council system",extending"cooperative channel"to expand social structure,expanding the scope of teachers by"regional party building"and consolidating the fundamental attribute of"community education",so as to explore its socialization development path.
