摘　　要：基于高校校友文化内涵,综合国内外研究以及通过调研,归纳分析A大学在培育前的校友文化现状,剖析影响高校校友文化培育的因素,构建校友文化培育评价指标体系。通过探究高校校友文化培育模式以及实证应用研究,对实践结果进行数据处理与分析,为发挥高校校友文化对大学生的价值导向、教育激励、互动合作、传承创新等作用,推进高校"双一流"建设和发展做些基础性铺垫。Based on the connotation of university alumni culture and other researches,through investigate and survey,this paper analyzes and summarizes the status of alumni culture in A university before cultivation,exploring the influencing factors,constructing the evaluation index system.By exploring its cultivation mode and empirical application research,the data processing and analysis of the practical results are carried out to give full play to the value orientation,educational incentive,interactive cooperation,inheritance and innovation,and to promote the construction and development of"Double First-Class"in colleges and universities.
