摘  要:为研究坚硬顶板条件下裸顶巷帮的支护问题,综合采用现场调研、力学分析、数值计算和工业性试验等方法,对巷帮稳定性进行分析,并提出针对性的控制对策。根据弹塑性理论,构建巷帮卸荷力学模型,推导出巷帮任一点应力的解析表达式。基于巷帮的应力状态获得巷帮张拉损伤判据,采用控制变量法,通过Matlab计算得出卸荷系数和裂隙面倾角对巷帮损伤的影响。针对巷帮的变形破坏特征,提出基于"强帮护顶,强角控跨"的围岩控制原理,现场试验表明,支护方案可保证巷帮基础的强支承,实现顶板岩梁的微扰动,保障巷道服务期间的安全有效使用。In order to study the rib support problems of the bare roof roadway under hard roof condition, on-site investigation, mechanics analysis, numerical calculation and industrial test have been used comprehensively to analyze the stability of the ribs, and targeted control measures have been put forward. According to the elastoplastic theory, an unloading mechanical model has been constructed to derive an analytical expression of stress at any point of the ribs. Based on the stress state of the ribs, the tensile damage criterion has been obtained. Then the controlling variable method has been adopted to calculate the influence of the unloading coefficient and the fracture dip angle on the damage of the ribs with Matlab. In view of the deformation and failure characteristics of the ribs, the surrounding rock control principle based on "rib strengthening to protect the roof and corner strengthening to control the span" has been proposed. The field test results have shown that the support scheme can maximize rib foundation strength to minimize roof rock beam disturbance, thus ensuring safe and effective roadway use during service.
