摘  要:某发电机组柴油机振动明显大于同型号设备,文章采集了该柴油机通频振动烈度、振动速度波形和频谱,发现其前端机脚横向振动烈度最大,曲轴转频成分突出。测量了该机组以及同型号其它机组的横向固有频率,发现该机组横向第3阶固有频率接近于曲轴转频,机组处于共振状态,且前3阶固有频率均小于同型号其它机组。对机组隔振器进行了检查,发现多个螺栓松动,固紧螺栓后,机组振动烈度明显下降,前3阶固有频率与其它机组接近。The vibration of a diesel engine of a generator set is obviously greater than that of the same type of equipment.The article collected the frequency vibration intensity,vibration speed waveform and frequency spectrum of the diesel engine,and found that the lateral vibration intensity of the front end of the diesel engine is the largest,and the crankshaft frequency conversion component is prominent.The horizontal natural frequencies of this unit and other units of the same model were measured,and it was found that the horizontal third-order natural frequency of this unit was close to the crankshaft frequency,the unit was in resonance,and the first 3 natural frequencies were less than other units of the same model.The vibration isolator of the unit was checked,and it was found that several bolts were loose.After tightening the bolts,the vibration intensity of the unit decreased significantly,and the first three natural frequencies were close to other units.
