摘 要:文章以8530 TEU集装箱船推进轴系为研究对象,应用ANSYS软件建立轴系回旋自由振动有限元模型,进行模态分析,完成轴系回旋振动固有频率、应力和共振轴频的仿真计算,并与COMPASS软件等的计算结果进行了对比。结果表明,有限元计算结果与相关部门的计算结果吻合较好,最大偏差为2.0%,验证了有限元模型和回旋自由振动计算的正确性;在正常转速范围内,该船轴系会遇到叶片次1阶回旋共振(转速59.7 r/min),应注意回避。The article takes the 8530 TEU container ship propulsion shaft system as the research object,uses ANSYS software to establish the finite element model of shaft system gyration free vibration,performs modal analysis,completes the simulation calculation of the natural frequency,stress and resonance shaft frequency of the shaft system gyration vibration,and The calculation results of Japan's Mitsui Shipbuilding and China Classification Society are compared.The results show that the calculation results of the finite element are in good agreement with the calculation results of the relevant departments,the maximum deviation is 2.0%,which verifies the correctness of the finite element model and the calculation of the free vibration of the rotation;within the normal speed range,the ship's shaft system will encounter blade first-order cyclotron resonance(speed 59.7 r/min)should be avoided.
