摘 要:以清水(对照)、脱脂棉、纱布、播种纸、泥炭、椰糠和无纺布等作为栽培基质,研究其对2个品种的萝卜芽苗菜生长及营养品质的影响。结果表明,以椰糠作为基质,对2个品种的萝卜芽苗菜产量、可溶性蛋白含量、游离氨基酸含量有明显的促进效果;在椰糠中生长的大头红萝卜芽苗菜VC含量显著高于播种纸和无纺布,与清水对照无显著差异;而6种基质对元白萝卜的VC含量影响不大。总体来说,椰糠可以作为萝卜芽苗菜生产中的优良基质。The effects of different substrates induding water(control),absorbent cotton,gauze,sowing paper,peat,coconut bran and non-woven cloth on the growth and nutritional quality of radish sprouts were studied.The results showed that the yield,soluble protein content and free amino acid content of two varieties of radish sprouts were significantly promoted by using coconut bran as the substrate.The VC content of big head sprouts grown in coconut bran was significantly higher than that of sowing paper and non-woven cloth,but not significantly higher than that of the control.The six substrates had little effect on the VC content of White radish.Generally speaking,coconut bran can be used as a good substrate of radish sprouts production.
