摘　　要：针对目前国内喷药机械主要还是以手动机械为主的现状,在保证作业安全的前提下,对小型机械进行改进,采用一种喷雾型喷头,通过可编程控制器(PLC)和红外测距传感器控制,实现自动喷药。通过三维建模和动态分析对机械进行受力分析,通过实验检测的方法不断进行改进,从而得到结构简单、适应地形能力强、工作效率高的小型自动喷雾型林区苗圃喷药机械。In view of the current situation of domestic spraying machinery was mainly manual machinery,under the premise of ensuring the safety of operation,the small machinery was improved.A spray nozzle was adopted,which is controlled by PLC and infrared distance sensor to realize automatic spraying.Through three-dimensional modeling and dynamic analysis,mechanical analysis was carried out,and continuous improvement was made by means of experimental detection,so that small automatic spraying forest nursery spraying machine with simple structure,strong adaptability to topography and high working efficiency was obtained.
