摘  要:目的了解北京市怀柔区户籍居民死因现状及其规律,评价居民的健康状况,为提高人群的健康水平及制定疾病防控措施提供科学依据。方法按照ICD-10编码对2017年怀柔区户籍居民死因进行分类,利用Excel 2010软件进行数据整理、SPSS 17.0软件进行描述性统计分析,计算死亡率、死因构成等指标。结果 2017年,怀柔区户籍居民粗死亡率为7.32‰,标化率为4.41‰,死亡率男性高于女性。死因以慢性病为主,前5位死因依次为脑血管疾病、心脏病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒。结论脑血管疾病是造成怀柔区居民死亡的主要因素,应加强对居民的健康教育,采取有针对性的干预措施,促使居民养成良好生活行为习惯,以促进人群健康、提高期望寿命。Objective To understand the death status and death pattern of residents in Huairou district of Beijing,evaluate the health status of residents,and advise on health situation improvement as well as disease prevention and control measures for local people.Methods Using Excel 2010 and SPSS 17.0 software,the death causes of residents in Huairou district in 2017 was sorted according to ICD-10 code,descriptive statistical analysis was carried out,and indicators such as mortality rate and cause of death composition were also calculated.Results As resutls shown,the crude death rate of residents was 7.32‰,the standardization rate was 4.41‰,the mortality rate of males was higher than that of females,and the cause of death is mainly chronic diseases,among residents in Huairou district of Beijing in 2017.The causes of death ranking as the top five were cerebrovascular disease,heart disease,malignant tumor,respiratory disease,injury and poisoning.Conclusions For the residents in Huairou district of Beijing,the cerebrovascular diseases was the main cause of death.Thus,strengthened health education and targeted interventions should be taken to encourage good living habits among residents,which would lead to population health promotion and life expectancy improvment.
