摘  要:目的了解北京市丰台区游泳场所游泳池水中氰尿酸水平,探讨其与游泳池水中游离余氯、细菌总数、尿素、pH、池水温度、浑浊度和客流量之间的关系。方法采用单纯随机抽样的方法选取辖区内10家以氯化异氰尿酸酯类作为消毒剂的游泳场所,于2017-2018年6-8月每月进行游泳池水的采集检测,并记录客流量;依据GB/T 17220-1998、GB/T 18204.6-2013进行设点、采样;依据CJ/T 244-2016、GB/T 18204-2000、GB/T 18204-2014、GB/T 5750-2006进行检测;依据CJ/T 244-2016、GB 9667-1996进行合格评价。采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行统计分析,采用spearman相关矩阵探讨氰尿酸与其他指标及客流量之间的相关性;采用χ^2检验对室内与室外泳池水氰尿酸合格率进行比较分析;采用非参数检验方法对室内与室外泳池水氰尿酸含量进行比较分析。结果泳池水氰尿酸含量是泳池水合格率的重要影响因素;氰尿酸含量与尿素、游离余氯、日均客流量、pH、细菌总数、浑浊度均有明显相关性(P<0.05);室内游泳场所的氰尿酸含量高于室外游泳场所,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=25.477,P<0.05)。结论游泳池水氰尿酸污染情况严重,氯化异氰尿酸类消毒剂应重点用于室外游泳池或有紫外线消毒设备的游泳场所;氰尿酸水平对消毒效果的影响有待进一步研究。Objective To understand the cyanuric acid level in swimming pools in Fengtai district of Beijing,and explore the relationship between passenger flow and levels of cyanuric acid and free chlorine,total bacteria,urea,pH value,water temperature and water turbidity in the swimming pool water.Methods 10 swimming pools that use chlorinated isocyanurates as disinfectants were selected by simple random sampling method.The pool water was collected and tested monthly from June to August,2017-2018,and the passenger flow was recorded.National standards were used for setting and sampling,testing and qualified evaluation.SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and spearman correlation matrix was used to explore the correlation between cyanuric acid and other indicators and passenger flow. χ^2 test was used to compare the qualified rate of cyanuric acid in indoor and outdoor swimming pools,and non-parametric test was used to analyze content of cyanuric acid in swimming pools.Results Cyanuric acid is an important factor in the qualification of swimming pool water.Cyanuric acid level was significantly correlated with urea,free residual chlorine,daily average passenger flow,pH value,total bacteria and turbidity(P < 0.05).Cyanuric acid level in indoor swimming pools was signficantly higher than that in outdoor swimming pools(χ^2= 25.477,P< 0.05).Conclusions The cyanuric acid in swimming pools was in serious condition.The chlorinated isocyanuric acid disinfectant should be used in outdoor swimming pools or swimming places with UV disinfection equipment.The effect of cyanuric acid level on disinfection effect needs further research.
