摘 要:为明确磷钼蓝分光光度法测定玉米籽粒中磷含量测量结果的可靠性,依据食品安全国家标准GB 5009.87-2016《食品中磷的测定》和JJF1059.1-2012《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》的规定和要求,识别分析了不确定度的来源,并对各不确定度分量进行了合成和扩展。结果表明:试样制备、标准溶液配制对合成不确定度的贡献较大,在测定过程中应给予足够重视,改进试验手段,降低不确定度。该结果对用磷钼蓝分光光度法测定其他农产品中磷含量的不确定度评定具有参考意义。In order to determine the reliability standard of the result of measuring the phosphorus in maize grain by spectrophotometry with phosphorus molybdenum blue,uncertainty sources of this method was identified and analyzed according to the requirement and method of GB 5009.87-2016 Nation Food Safety Standards:Determination of Phosphorus in Foods and JJF1059.1-2012 Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis.Each uncertainty component was synthesized and extended.The results showed that the preparation of sample and preparation of standard solution were larger contribution to the uncertainty of synthesis.In the process of determination,enough attention should be paid to improve the test method and reduce the uncertainty.The results provide references for the evaluation on uncertainty of measuring the phosphorus in other agricultural products by spectrophotometry with phosphorus molybdenum blue.
