黄廖本《现代汉语》教材国际音标使用的几个问题

摘　　要：介绍了黄廖本教材在使用国际音标时的一些特点,对近年来社会上有关黄廖本在使用国际音标方面的一些意见和建议进行了解释、解答。主要涉及三个问题:一是舌尖中音和舌尖前音的分合;二是韵母表的四呼排列问题;三是国际音标[A]的存废。得出的基本结论是:"黄廖本"使用国际音标,既执行IPA,又遵循《中国通用音标符号集》(The Universal Phonetic Symbol Set in China)。This paper introduces some characteristics of Huang Liao Ben's textbooks when using IPA,and explains and answers some opinions and suggestions on the use of IPA by Huang Liao Ben in recent years.It mainly in⁃volves three problems:1.The separation and combination of the middle tone and the front sound of the tip of the tongue;2.The arrangement of the four hu(they are a traditional way of classifying syllable finals of Mandarin dia⁃lects,including Standard Chinese,based on different glides before the central vowel of the final)of the finals list;3.The preservation or abolition of the international phonetic alphabet[A].The basic conclusion is that"Huang Liao⁃ben"implements IPA and conforms to The Universal Phonetic Phonemes Set in China when he uses IPA.
