摘  要:不断攀升的可再生能源渗透率造成配电网电压越限问题突出。提出了一种基于综合时序灵敏度法与无功补偿候选节点聚类分区相结合的无功电源接入选址及容量优化配置方法。首先,提出应用综合时序无功电压灵敏度法确定无功补偿接入候选节点;接着,对配网节点进行聚类分区,以确定无功补偿的选址;此外,为了实现多种无功补偿电源的主动控制,还制定了三级无功电压运行控制策略以确定各种措施的运用顺序;最后,对改进的IEEE 33节点算例进行仿真分析,结果表明规划结果能有效解决间歇性分布式电源大量融入后引起的电压越限问题,并有较好的经济性。The increasing renewable energy penetration rate has resulted in voltage overshoot in distribution network.A method of reactive power supply access location and capacity optimization is proposed based on the combination of comprehensive timing sensitivity method and reactive power compensation candidate node clustering partition.Firstly,the synthetic time-series reactive voltage sensitivity method is proposed to determine the candidate node for reactive compensation access.Then,the distribution network nodes are clustered and partitioned to determine the location of reactive power compensation.In addition,in order to realize the active control of a variety of reactive power compensation power supply,three-level reactive voltage operation control strategy is formulated to determine the application sequence of various measures.Finally,the improved IEEE-33 node example is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the planning results can effectively solve the over-voltage problem caused by the intermittent DG integration,and have a good economy.
