摘 要:本研究旨在对大白猪繁殖性状进行遗传参数估计,并评估这些性状间的遗传相关和表型相关及遗传趋势和表型趋势,为目标群体的生产管理提供参考依据。利用R软件对影响大白猪繁殖性状的固定效应进行方差分析,利用DMU软件分别采用单/多性状动物模型计算了大白猪繁殖性状的遗传参数,并评估这些性状间的遗传相关和表型相关及遗传趋势和表型趋势。结果显示:不同固定效应对不同繁殖性状的影响不同。大白猪初配日龄的遗传力为0.19,属于中等遗传力性状;其他繁殖性状的遗传力在0.045~0.106,属于低遗传力性状。繁殖性状间的表型相关在0.071~0.978,遗传相关在0.097~0.989。各性状表型趋势和遗传趋势总体呈上升趋势。各固定效应对不同性状的影响不同,应提高各猪场的饲养管理水平。本群体整体遗传趋势和表型趋势呈上升趋势,说明本群体的遗传改良取得了一定效果。By estimating the genetic parameters of reproductive traits of sows,and evaluating the genetic correlation and phenotypic correlation,genetic trend and phenotypic trend among these traits,we can provide reference for the production management of the target population.R software was used to conduct variance analysis of the fixed effects on the reproductive traits.DMU software was used to calculate the genetic parameters and correlation analysis of the reproductive traits and genetic trend and phenotypic trend among these traits by using single or multi-trait animal models,respectively.The effects of different fixation effects on different traits are different.The heritability of age at first mating is 0.19,which belongs to medium heritability.The heritability of reproductive traits of sows is between 0.045~0.106,which belongs to low heritability.The phenotypic correlation between reproductive traits of sows was 0.071~0.978.The genetic correlation between reproductive traits of sows was 0.097~0.989.The phenotypic trend and genetic trend of each trait showed an overall upward trend.The effects of different fixed effects on different traits are different,so the level of feeding management should be improved.The overall genetic and phenotypic trend of this population is on the rise,which shows that the genetic improvement of this population has achieved some results.
