摘  要:本试验旨在研究不同产圈模式对仔猪生长性能、健康状况及应激水平的影响,以期探究一种能在实际生产中推广应用的哺乳仔猪健康饲养模式。选取胎次相同、预产期及体况相近的24头母猪,随机分为限位栏产圈+高床组、自由产圈+高床组、自由产圈+部分发酵床地面组3组,每组8个重复。在预产期前7 d将妊娠母猪转入试验产圈,分娩后第21天仔猪断奶。结果显示:自由产圈+高床组仔猪平均日增重较其他2组显著升高;出生后第14天,自由产圈+部分发酵床组仔猪皮肤损伤程度较限位栏产圈+高床组仔猪显著降低;出生后第2、7、14、21天,自由产圈+部分发酵床组所测仔猪体表平均温度较其他2组显著降低;出生后第7天,自由产圈+高床组仔猪血浆皮质醇含量显著高于限位栏产圈+高床组;出生后第21天,自由产圈+部分发酵床组仔猪血浆α-淀粉酶活性较其他2组显著降低。结果表明,自由产圈+高床能提高仔猪生长性能,自由产圈+部分发酵床有助于改善仔猪的健康状况,降低应激水平。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of different modes of farrowing pens on productive performance,health and stress level of suckling piglets,in order to explore a kind of welfare and health feeding mode of suckling piglets that can be popularized and applied in practical production.Twenty-four sows with the same parity,similar pregnancy and body condition were randomly divided into three groups,and each litter of piglets born by each sow was divided into farrowing crate+high bed group(FCH),freedom farrowing pen+high bed group(FFH)and freedom farrowing pen+partially fermented bed group(FFPF);each group has 8 repetitions.At day 7 before farrowing,sows were transferred to different patterns of farrowing pens.The 21th day after farrowing,piglets were weaned.The results showed that:average daily gain of FFH piglets was significantly increased.At day 14 after birth,skin lesion degree of FFPF piglets was significantly decreased than FCH.At day 2,7,14 and 21 after birth,The overall average body surface temperature in FFPF was significantly decreased than other two groups;At day 7 after birth,plasma cortisol(COR)level in FFH was significantly higher than FCH;At day 21 after birth,plasmaα-amylase(AMY)activity in FFPF was significantly decreased than other two groups.These results indicate that FFH can improve the production performance of piglets,and FFPF have contributed to health and reduced stress level of piglets.
