摘  要:文章对直弧形板坯连铸机出现的板坯拉坯阻力过大,尤其是中间包快速更换或拉坯速度停止后再起步,出现板坯拉不动的问题。对设备系统的传动力、铸机弧度和开口度精度控制等因素进行了分析;分析了中间包快换时间长、板坯冷却过强等工艺影响因素。提出了针对性改进措施并应用于生产实践,获得了显著效果。In this paper, the slab drawing resistance of the straight arc slab caster is too high, especially the problem thatthe slab can not be pulled when the tundish is replaced quickly or the casting speed stops. The factors such as powertransmission of equipment system, accuracy control of caster radian and opening degree are analyzed, and the processinfluencing factors such as long tundish quick change time and excessive slab cooling are analyzed. The correspondingimprovement measures are put forward and applied to production practice, and remarkable results are obtained.
