摘　　要：以野生羽叶金合欢半木质化枝条作插条,探索不同配比基质、清水浸泡时间、生根粉及扦插季节等4个因子对其扦插生根效果的影响。结果表明,4个因子对羽叶金合欢扦插生根率、根数及根长均有显著影响。选取野生半木质化的羽叶金合欢枝条,切成长20~30 cm的插条,经清水处理2 h后,再速蘸混合生根粉a-萘乙酸钠0.002%∶萘乙酸酰胺0.018%∶硫脲0.093%=1∶1∶1,扦插于山基土∶河沙∶蛭石∶泥碳土=5∶2∶1∶1的复合基质中,扦插60d后平均生根率、生根数量、生根长度分别为82.94%、11.7条、7.1 cm。Experiment of the effect of four factors on rooting of wildAcacia pennata was conducted.The results indicated that it has great influence on rooting rate,root numbers and root length in four conditions including different media,soaking time,rooting agents and cutting time.The semi-lignified branches of wildAcacia pennata were cut into piece of 20-30 cm long and treated with water for 2 h.Then planted in a complex substrate of humic soil∶river sand∶roseite∶peat soil=5∶2∶1∶1 after having a quick dip into the mixture agents of rooting powder composited with a-Naphthalene acetate 0.002%∶Naphylacetamide 0.018%∶thiourea 0.093%=1∶1∶1.Being planted for 60 days,the rooting rate,individual root and root length averaged in 82.94%,11.7 and 7.1 cm,respectively.
