摘　　要：随着CT技术和设备在近年来的不断发展,双源螺旋CT三维重建技术已成为在泌尿系疾病诊断中一种更加全面,无创,快速,清晰的临床检查方法,用于临床诊断和治疗。对于泌尿系统疾病,传统的检查方法有很多,常见的B超检查,尿路X线平片,磁共振检查和静脉输尿管造影等。以上方法各有优缺点,但检查存在局限性,方法单一。双源螺旋CT检查具有强大的三维重建技术,有效弥补了传统泌尿系统疾病诊断的诸多弊端,使诊断更加直观明了,大大提高了诊断的准确性。它是临床实践中认可的最广泛使用的泌尿系统疾病诊断方法。本文综述了双源螺旋CT三维重建技术在泌尿系统疾病诊断中的应用价值。With the continuous development of CT technology and equipment in recent years,the three-dimensional reconstruction technology of dual source spiral CT has become a more comprehensive,non-invasive,rapid and clear clinical examination method in the diagnosis of urinary diseases.For clinical diagnosis and treatment.There are many traditional examination methods for urinary system diseases,such as B ultrasound,urinary tract X plain film,magnetic resonance examination and intravenous ureterography.The above methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,but the inspection has limitations and the method is single.Dual-source spiral CT examination has a powerful three-dimensional reconstruction technique,which can effectively make up for many drawbacks of the traditional diagnosis of urinary system diseases and make the diagnosis more effective Intuitive and clear,greatly improve the accuracy of diagnosis.It is the most widely used diagnostic method for urinary system diseases recognized in clinical practice.Application value of threedimensional reconstruction of dual-source spiral CT in diagnosis of urinary system diseases is reviewed.
