慢性肾病患者超声引导下肾穿刺活检的结果及检出率分析

摘　　要：目的:临床针对慢性肾病人群,在超声引导下行肾活检穿刺术,分析其应用意义。方法:参与本研究并符合条件的对象为我院收治的慢性肾病患者,就诊时间为2017年7月—2020年7月,总人数为60例。分组原则为随机抽签法,各30例。两组均实施临床研究,方法分别为在普通超声下行肾活检穿刺术(对照组)与在彩色多普勒超声引导下行肾活检穿刺术(观察组)。通过观察患者的穿刺成功率、并发症总发生率,比较两组的应用效果。结果:观察组与对照组相比,穿刺成功率更高,并发症总发生率更低,统计学呈现出数据参考差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床针对慢性肾病人群,在超声引导下行肾活检穿刺术,效果突出,尤其是彩色多普勒超声,引导作用更明显,值得应用。Objective Clinically aimed at people with chronic kidney disease,ultrasound-guided renal biopsy puncture was performed to analyze its application significance.Methods The eligible subjects who participated in this study were patients with chronic kidney disease admitted to our hospital.The consultation time was from July 2017 to July 2020,and the total number was 60 cases.The grouping principle is a random lottery with 30 cases each.Clinical studies were carried out in both groups.The methods were kidney biopsy puncture under ordinary ultrasound(control group)and color Doppler ultrasound-guided kidney biopsy puncture(observation group).By observing the puncture success rate and the total incidence of complications,the application effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher puncture success rate and a lower total incidence of complications.Statistics showed a data reference difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically for people with chronic kidney disease,ultrasound-guided renal biopsy puncture has outstanding results,especially color Doppler ultrasound,which has more obvious guiding effect and is worthy of application.
