摘  要:目的:探讨低剂量HRCT结合迭代重建技术在新型冠状病毒肺炎筛查中的应用价值。方法:纳入200例临床待排除、可疑、疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎(2019-nCoV肺炎)病人为研究对象,将该群体胸部CT检查随机分成常规剂量A组和低剂量B组,各100例,两组均采用自动管电流调节(ATCM)技术,A组采用120kV,滤波反投影(FBP)技术重建图像,B组管电压采用80kV,重建图像采用iDose^4 6级重建;记录各组的CT容积剂量指数(CTDI_(vol))、剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效剂量(ED)、背景噪声(BN)。结果:低剂量组ED为(0.97±0.21)mSv,比常规剂量组(3.57±0.86)mSv降低约73%。B组与A组BN值、主观图像质量评价相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:iDose4迭代重建技术,结合ATCM技术,可获得满意的低剂量肺部HRCT新型冠状病毒肺炎筛查方案,值得推广应用。Objective Objective to explore the novel coronavirus pneumonia screening by iDose4 iterative reconstruction combined with low-dose lung HRCT.Methods 200 cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia(2019-nCoV)were excluded,suspected and suspected.Patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups:the conventional dose group(group A)and the low-dose group(group B).Each group had 100 cases.The two groups used the automatic tube current regulation(ATCM)technology.In group A,120kv,filtered back projection(FBP)technology was used to reconstruct the image,The voltage of group B is 80kV,and the reconstructed image is idose46.Records were made CT volume dose index(CTDIvol),dose length product(DLP),effective dose(ED),background noise(BN)were measured.Results ED in the low dose group was(0.97±0.21)mSv,which was about 73%lower than that in the conventional dose group.There was no significant difference in BN and subjective image quality between group B1 and group A(P>0.05).Conclusion The novel coronavirus pneumonia screening scheme with low dose of lung HRCT can be obtained by iDose4 iterative reconstruction technology combined with ATCM technology,which is worthy of popularization and application.
