摘　　要：目的汉化Dyspnoea-12量表,验证其对COPD患者的适用性。方法对Dyspnoea-12量表进行翻译、回译、语义调适;采用Dyspnoea-12量表修订版、改良英国医学研究协会呼吸困难量表(mMRC)、慢性阻塞性肺病评估测试(CAT)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)对120例COPD患者进行调查,行信度及效度分析。结果Dyspnoea-12量表中文版为2个维度共12个条目;探索性因子分析2个维度累积方差贡献率为74.460%;与效标mMRC、CAT和HADS得分相关系数为0.328~0.690,均P<0.01;量表总Cronbach′sα为0.938,分半信度为0.796。结论Dyspnoea-12量表中文版有较好的信度和效度,可用于我国COPD患者呼吸困难的评估。Objective To translate the Dyspnoea-12 into simplified Chinese,and to test its suitability in assessing patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Translation,back-translation,and cultural adaptation of the Dyspnoea-12 were conducted.Then 120 COPD patients were invited to fill out the Chinese version of the Dyspnoea-12,Medical Research Council dyspnoea scale,COPD Assessment Test(CAT)and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)to test the validity and reliability.Results The Chinese version of Dyspnoea-12 consisted of 12 items assessing two dimensions.Two factors were identified through exploratory factor analysis,accounting for 74.460%of the total variance.The correlation coefficients between Dyspnoea-12 and mMRC,CAT and HADS ranged from 0.328 to 0.690(P<0.01 for all).The Cronbach′sαcoefficient for the scale was 0.938 and split-half reliability was 0.796.Conclusion The Chinese version of the Dyspnoea-12 has good reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate dyspnoea in Chinese COPD patients.
