摘 要:通过基于CAE的仿真模拟研究,优化分析一种防火隔热电力光缆槽盒的盒壁结构设计。通过分析,使用2.5mm厚度致密陶瓷隔热板层复合7.5mm厚度多孔金属隔热板层,且在外壁敷设1mm厚度蒸发式隔热材料层,内壁敷设1mm厚度材料保护层,可以在800℃、20min烧蚀条件下,不借助任何外部防火设施,实现内部温度不超过130℃的防火隔热效果。如果借助槽盒内充氮等辅助防火设施,其防火效果更佳。该技术对实现电力光缆火灾保护功能有积极意义。Through the simulation research based on CAE, the box wall structure design of a fire-proof and heat-insulating power cable trough box is optimized and analyzed.Through the analysis, the use of 2.5 mm thick dense ceramic heat insulation board layer composite 7.5 mm thickness porous metal heat insulation board layer, and the outer wall of 1 mm thickness of evaporative thermal insulation material layer, the inner wall of 1 mm thickness of material protection layer, can be ablated at 800℃ for 20 minutes, without the aid of any external fire prevention facilities, to achieve the internal temperature of not more than 130℃.If the auxiliary fire prevention facilities such as nitrogen filling in the tank box are used, the fire prevention effect is better.This technology has positive significance to realize the fire protection function of power optical cable.
