摘 要:基于大分子酯合成技术详细介绍了聚羧酸类减水剂的配制方法,通过聚乙二醇单甲醚、丙烯酸、烯丙基磺酸钠等化学物质实现大分子酯及聚羧酸减水剂的合成,具体分析了羟基含量与水泥凝结时间及减水剂分散性之间的关系。经实验研究发现,适当增加聚羧酸减水剂分子中的羟基含量有助于延长水泥的缓凝时间,适当增加磺酸基含量有助于提升聚合物的减水率。Based on the synthesis technology of macromolecular ester,the preparation method of polycarboxylate superplasticizer is introduced in detail.The synthesis of macromolecular ester and polycarboxylate superplasticizer is realized by using polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether,acrylic acid,sodium allyl sulfonate and other chemical substances.The relationship between the hydroxyl content and the setting time of cement and the dispersion of water reducing agent is analyzed in detail.It is found that increasing the content of hydroxyl group in polycarboxylate superplasticizer can prolong the setting time of cement,and increase the content of sulfonic acid group can improve the water reducing rate of polymer.
