摘  要:采取偶联剂对钛酸钾晶须材料进行表面改性,经特定工艺后制得聚氨酯跑道面层复合材料。根据偶联剂含量的变化,分析各比例条件下聚氨酯复合材料的力学性能。结果表明,所得材料拉伸强度达2.9MPa,扯断伸长率为340%,经老化后检验,得知该材料性能良好,与田径场地使用要求相符。The surface modification of potassium titanate whisker by coupling agent was carried out,and polyurethane runway surface composite was prepared by specific process.According to the change of coupling agent content,the mechanical properties of polyurethane composites were analyzed.The results show that the tensile strength of the material is 2.9 MPa,and the elongation at break is 340%.After aging test,it is found that the material has good performance,which is consistent with the requirements of track and field.
