摘 要:对蜂窝芯零件加工技术研究现状进行了阐述,并提供了一种蜂窝芯深槽加工方法。该方法通过制作加强层,依顺序安放,真空袋封装,烘箱内加热加压固化等工艺对蜂窝芯进行增强,采用数控磨床实现蜂窝芯深槽加工。使用该方法可以保证蜂窝芯深槽的间距和尺寸精度,加工过程中蜂窝芯无损伤,加工后的蜂窝芯整体性好,祛除增强材料后,不会对蜂窝芯产生任何化学或者物理的损伤,保持了蜂窝芯原有的特性。The research status of honeycomb core parts processing technology was described,and a honeycomb core deep groove processing method was provided.According to the method,the honeycomb core was reinforced by processes such as manufacturing a reinforcing layer,placing the reinforcing layer in sequence,packaging the reinforcing layer in a vacuum bag,heating,pressurizing and curing in an oven,and deep groove processing of the honeycomb core was realized by numerical control grinding machine.The method can ensure the spacing and dimensional accuracy of the deep grooves of the honeycomb core,has no damage to the honeycomb core in the processing process,has good integrity of the processed honeycomb core,does not cause any chemical or physical damage to the honeycomb core after reinforcing materials are removed,and maintains the original characteristics of the honeycomb core.
