摘  要:传统的血压测量方法多为接触式,操作复杂且需要具备专业技术的人员辅助,对于家庭环境下的日常监测存在诸多不便。基于以上问题,根据成像式光电容积描记技与脉搏传导时间原理,设计了一种基于视频信号的非接触式血压参数测量方法。该方法通过采集并加工视频信号,获得包含人体面部生理信息的IPPG信号,并对该信号进行预处理、滤波、数学分析等操作,最终计算出收缩压与舒张压。通过对大量志愿者进行试验,对比非接触方法与传统方法测量结果,误差在可控范围之内,验证了非接触式血压参数测量的可行性。The traditional methods of measuring cardiovascular physiological parameters are mostly contractional,which are complicated to operate and require the assistance of professional technicians.Therefore,it is inconvenient for daily monitoring in the family environment.Based on the above problems,according to the imaging technique of photoelectric plethysmography and pulse transit time,a method of non-contact measurement of cardiovascular physiological parameters based on video signal is studied and proposed.By collecting and processing video signals,the IPPG signals containing human facial physiolo-gical information are obtained,and the signals are preprocessed,filtered,and mathematically analyzed to calculate cardiovascular physiological parameters.A large number of volunteers were tested,and the results of non-contact and traditional methods are compared.The error is within a controllable range,which verified the feasibility of non-contact measurement of cardiovascular physiological parameters.
