摘 要:目的分析家属参与模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者健康教育中的效果。方法选取我中心接受治疗的COPD患者110例开展研究,治疗时间为2018年6月至2019年4月,按照其护理模式不同分为对照组(n=55,给予常规健康教育)和观察组(n=55,在常规健康教育的基础上融入家属参与模式)。在实施护理干预期间对患者、家属以及护理人员均实施相关培训,对比分析两种不同模式健康教育后患者对健康知识水平、自我护理能力、自我责任感以及护理满意度的评分,对比两组患者的治疗依存性以及家属参与度。结果实施护理干预以后,观察组患者健康知识水平、自我护理能力、自我责任感以及护理满意度评分均高于对照组,两组数据对比,P <0.05;观察组患者治疗依存性和家属护理参与度均明显高于对照组,两组数据对比,P <0.05。结论 COPD患者实施健康教育时应用家属参与模式能提高患者健康知识水平认知情况、自我护理能力,还能提高患者护理满意度和治疗依存性。Objective To analyze the eff ect of family participation mode in the health education of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Select 110 COPD patients treated in our center were selected for the study.The treatment period was from June 2018 to April 2019.According to their different care modes,they were divided into control group(n=55,regular health education)and observation group(n=55,integrate family participation model on the basis of routine health education).During the implementation of nursing interventions,relevant training was carried out for patients,family members and nursing staff.After two diff erent models of health education,patients'scores on health knowledge,self-care ability,selfresponsibility and nursing satisfaction were compared and compared between the two groups of patients.Treatment dependence and family participation.Results After the implementation of nursing intervention,the observation group patients'health knowledge level,self-care ability,self-responsibility,and nursing satisfaction scores were higher than those of the control group.The comparison between the two groups of data,P<0.05.The observation group patients'treatment dependence and family care participation were both signifi cantly higher than the control group,the data comparison between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of family participation model during health education for patients with COPD can improve the patient's awareness of health knowledge,self-care ability,and improve patient care satisfaction and treatment dependence.
