缬沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究缬沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法选择我院于2017年3月至2019年3月门诊及住院收治的70例慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者,根据治疗方案分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组患者给予缬沙坦降尿蛋白、降压治疗及其他抗凝抗感染等对症治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予缬沙坦联合黄葵胶囊进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、β_2微球蛋白、血肌酐指标水平变以及不良反应。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);两组患者治疗前的血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量、β_2微球蛋白水平无明显差异(P> 0.05),但治疗后观察组血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量、β_2微球蛋白水平改善情况明显优于对照组(P <0.05);两组患者治疗时出现的不良反应均较少,且对比无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论针对慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿采用缬沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗能够提高患者的治疗效果,缓解患者的临床症状,保护患者的肾小球与肾小管,且无不良反应,有助于改善患者的生活质量。Objective To study the clinical effi cacy of valsartan combined with huangkui capsule in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria.Methods Seventy patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35)according to the treatment plan,the control group patients were given valsartan urinary protein,antihypertensive treatment and other anticoagulant anti-infl ammatory and other symptomatic treatment.The observation group patients were treated with valsartan combined with huangkui capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic eff ects of the two groups of patients,blood creatinine 24 hours urine protein quantitation,β2 microglobulin index level changes and adverse reactions.Results The total eff ective rate of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence in serum creatinine,24 hours urine protein quantitation andβ2 microglobulin level between the two groups(P>0.05).The serum creatinine 24 hours urine protein andβ2 microglobulin levels in the post-observation group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were fewer adverse reactions in the two groups,and there was no signifi cant diff erence in the comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion For chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria,valsartan combined with huangkui capsule treatment can improve the treatment eff ect of patients,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,protect the glomeruli and renal tubules of patients,and there is no adverse reaction,which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients.
