新活素对心肌梗死泵功能衰竭患者心肌重构的影响

摘　　要：目的研究新活素对心肌梗死泵功能衰竭患者心肌重构的影响。方法选择我院于2015年2月至2018年10月收治的60例心肌梗死泵功能衰竭患者,按照治疗方案分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30),对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者采用常规治疗与新活素静注治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗前后的左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、发生不良心脏事件的情况(MACE)及临床症状改善时间。结果两组患者对比治疗前LVESV、LVEDV、LVEF无明显差异(P> 0.05);治疗后1个月、6个月LVESV、LVEDV、LVEF观察组患者均显著优于对照组,治疗1个月MACE发生率两组患者对比差异不明显(P> 0.05),但治疗后6个月MACE发生率观察组患者低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者的肺部湿性啰音、呼吸困难、胸痛改善时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论针对心肌梗死泵功能衰竭患者应用新活素治疗效果尤为显著,能够有效加强患者的心肌供血功能,同时能够充分抑制患者发生心肌重构的情况,有助于改善患者的生活质量,在临床上具有应用价值。Objective To study the eff ect of neoactivin on myocardial remodeling in patients with myocardial infarction pump failure.Methods Sixty patients with myocardial infarction pump failure in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2018 were selected and divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to the treatment plan.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with conventional treatment and intravenous injection of neoactivin.The left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)and end diastolic end of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed LVEDV,LVEF,mace and improvement time of clinical symptoms were analyzed.Result There was no signifi cant diff erence in LVESV,LVEDV and LVEF between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);LVESV,LVEDV and LVEF in the observation group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group at 1 month and 6 months after treatment.The incidence of mace in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 6 months after treatment(P>0.05);the lung dampness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of pulmonary moist rales,dyspnea and chest pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with myocardial infarction pump failure,the eff ect of neoactivin treatment is particularly signifi cant,which can eff ectively strengthen the myocardial blood supply function of patients,at the same time can fully inhibit the occurrence of myocardial remodeling in patients,help to improve the quality of life of patients,and has clinical application value.
