摘　　要：目的对老年高血压早期肾损害应用尿微量白蛋白检测的临床意义进行分析。方法以2017年1月至2019年1月收治的46例高血压早期肾损害老年患者作为本组研究的主要对象,设为研究组,将同期进行健康体检的46例对象设为对照组,均给予尿微量白蛋白检测,观察两组检测结果。结果高血压分级为3级的研究组患者U-mAlb水平明显比1级、2级和对照组的水平高(P<0.05);2级研究组患者的U-mAlb水平明显比1级和对照组的水平高(P<0.05);1级研究组患者的U-mAlb水平明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压早期肾损害患者进行尿微量白蛋白检测可准确评估患者的临床症状,具有重要的应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical significance of urinary microalbumin in the detection of early renal damage in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods Forty-six elderly patients with early renal damage due to hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the main objects of this study,46 healthy subjects were set as control group.The urine microalbumin was tested and the results of the two groups were observed.Results The level of U-mAlb in the study group with grade 3 hypertension was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the level of U-mAlb in the grade 2 study group was signifi cantly higher than that of the grade 1 and control groups(P<0.05);the level of U-mAlb in the grade 1 study group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of urinary microalbumin in elderly patients with early renal hypertension can accurately assess the clinical symptoms of patients,and has important application value.
