桃红四物汤加减对骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折后愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨桃红四物汤对骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折后愈合的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年10月我院骨一科收治的老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者160例,按随机数字表法,分为观察组与对照组各80例。对照组给予阿伦磷酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用桃红四物汤进行治疗,两组疗程均为1个月。比较两组的临床疗效、两组术前术后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)问卷表评分、两组骨密度、血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平。结果观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组;治疗后,观察组患者的VAS评分、ODI评分低于对照组,骨密度及血清VEGF水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折在常规治疗中加用桃红四物汤,有助于提高临床疗效,减轻患者的临床症状,促进患者的康复。Objective To investigate the eff ect of taohong siwu decoction on the healing of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods A total of 160 elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures were selected from January 2018 to October 2019 in the department of orthopedics of our hospital,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alendronate sodium,and the observation group was treated with taohong siwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 1 month.The clinical effi cacy,preoperative and postoperative Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score,bone mineral density(BMD)and serum VEGF levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total eff ective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;after treatment,the observation group's VAS score and ODI score were lower than those of the control group,and the bone mineral density and serum VEGF levels were signifi cantly higher than the control group.The diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohong siwu decoction combined with conventional treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture is helpful to improve the clinical effi cacy,reduce the clinical symptoms and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
