玉屏风散加减联合枸地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨玉屏风散加减联合枸地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月至2018年12月本院收治的104例慢性荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法,将104例患者分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=52),对照组患者予以枸地氯雷他定治疗,观察组患者予以玉屏风散加减联合枸地氯雷他定治疗,两组患者的治疗周期均为4周,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。随访3个月,对比两组患者的复发率。结果观察组总有效率为96.15%(50/52),对照组总有效率为80.77%(42/52),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组复发率为12.00%(6/50),对照组复发率为42.86%(18/42),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论应用玉屏风散加减联合枸地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹,可提高临床疗效,并能有效减少疾病的复发。Objective To investigate the clinical effi cacy of Yupingfeng San combined with dextranate in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,104 patients were assigned to the observation group(n=52)and the control group(n=52),the patients in the control group were treated with loratadine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Yupingfeng San plus terrasaldine.The treatment period of the two groups was 4 weeks.The clinical effi cacy of the group of patients.After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 96.15%(50/52)in the observation group and 80.77%(42/52)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 12.00%(6/50),and the recurrence rate of the control group was 42.86%(18/42).The diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Yupingfeng San combined with chlorhexidine in the treatment of chronic urticaria can eff ectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve clinical effi cacy,and eff ectively reduce the recurrence of diseases.
