心理护理干预联合亲情护理在老年期痴呆患者护理干预中的效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析心理护理干预联合亲情护理在老年期痴呆患者护理干预中的效果。方法选取2018年12月至2019年10月内本院收治的老年期痴呆患者60例,按照入院时间先后分为两组,其中30例作为对照组采用常规护理治疗,剩余30例作为试验组在对照组基础上采用心理护理联合亲情护理干预,对比两组患者的认知功能改善情况、焦虑抑郁情绪、日常生活能力及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,试验组患者的认知功能情况明显改善,负面情绪明显缓解,日常生活能力明显提高,护理满意度明显提高(P <0.05)。结论心理护理与亲情护理应用于老年期痴呆患者护理干预中,可以有效改善患者的认知能力与日常生活能力,缓解患者负面情绪,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To study and analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention combined with family nursing in nursing intervention for patients with dementia.Methods A total of 60 patients with senile dementia admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.Among them,30 cases were used as the control group and received conventional nursing treatment,and the remaining 30 cases were used as the experimental group in the control group.On the basis of the group,psychological nursing combined with family nursing intervention was used to compare the improvement of cognitive function,anxiety and depression,ability of daily living and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the control group,the cognitive function of patients in the experimental group was signifi cantly improved,negative emotions were signifi cantly relieved,the ability of daily living was signifi cantly improved,and nursing satisfaction was signifi cantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing and family care are used in the nursing intervention of patients with Alzheimer's disease,which can eff ectively improve the patients'cognitive ability and ability of daily living,relieve the patients'negative emotions,and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.
