饮食护理在甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究饮食护理在甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法择取本院2017年9月至2019年4月接收的甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病患者86例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,对比组43例接受日常血糖监测、用药督导等基础护理,饮食调护组43例在接受基础护理同时强化饮食护理,测定两组患者护理后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT_4)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT_3)、促甲状腺激素(TSH),并对比两组并发症发生情况。结果饮食调护组两项血糖指标显著低于将对比组(P <0.05),饮食调护组甲状腺素、三碘甲状腺氨酸显著更高,而促甲状腺激素显著更低(P <0.05)。饮食调护组与对比组并发症发生率对应为11.63%(5/43)、30.23%(13/43),饮食调护组并发症发生率显著更低(P <0.05)。结论在甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病患者中应用强化饮食护理,可有效控制患者血糖及甲状腺激素水平,减少并发症发生,整体应用效果显著。Objective To study the eff ect of diet nursing in patients with hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes.Methods A total of 86 patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes mellitus received in our hospital from September 2017 to April 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.43 patients in the comparison group received basic care such as daily blood glucose monitoring,medication supervision,and diet.43 patients in the diet nursing group received basic nursing while intensive diet nursing.The fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),serum free thyroxine(FT4),and triiodothyronine(FT3)were measured in the two groups.Thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),and compare the occurrence of complications between the two groups.Results The two blood glucose indexes in the diet nursing guoup were signifi cantly lower than those in the comparison group(P<0.05),the thyroid hormone and triiodothyronine were signifi cantly higher and the thyroid stimulating hormone was signifi cantly lower(P<0.05).The complication rate between the diet care group and the control group was 11.63%(5/43)and 30.23%(13/43),and the complication rate between the diet care group was signifi cantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes mellitus,intensive diet nursing can eff ectively help them control blood glucose and thyroid hormone levels,reduce the incidence of complications,and the overall application eff ect is signifi cant.
